DDN MEDICAL AFFAIRS LAUNCHES IN SUPPORT OF PRODUCT SAFETY, CUSTOMER SERVICE

New DDN subsidiary offers communications services for life science businesses

Adding to its array of business support services for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies, Menomonee Falls-based DDN today announced the launch of DDN Medical Affairs, a subsidiary business.
DDN is a subsidiary of the F. Dohmen Co.
DDN Medical Affairs president Carole DeRoche said the new company is designed to seamlessly integrate with each of its clients to offer accurate, timely and audience-appropriate communication services in the areas of medical information and regulatory affairs.
"The mission of DDN Medical Affairs is to build upon DDN's effectiveness in crafting specialized long-term partnerships in a very competitive industry - helping life science businesses support their products in the marketplace after launch," DeRoche said. "DDN Medical Affairs connects manufacturers with the customers they serve, including healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers."
With more than 40 years of industry experience, the DDN Medical Affairs team offers life science manufacturers specialized regulatory knowledge in preparing and submitting adverse event reports, labeling management, product complaints and medical and technical product inquiries.
"In these economically challenging times, the life science industry is recognizing the need to access services that allow for infrastructure streamlining, while still maintaining rigorous quality standards and the highest level of customer service," DeRoche said. "DDN Medical Affairs addresses that need while giving companies the opportunity to focus on growth."
